Our Athol facility is hiring for Production Operators! If you're in a manufacturing role that isn't fulfilling for you, or you are new to the job market or wanting to get your foot in the door with manufacturing work, we would love to talk to you! Qualifications for Production Operator Position:
Work from factory orders and special customer requirements to evaluate and meet specifications of plastic products.
Load and unload machines and package products, visually examine, inspect and measure products as specifications suggest.
Detect and report any unusual conditions, defective materials or other malfunctions Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and proper condition.
Ability & willingness to cross-train on other machines throughout the plant.
Safely operate and understand the importance of a safe work environment.
Have a history (of good attendance).
Have reliable transportation that can get you to and from work each day.
Can pass a Drug Screen We offer Production Operators:
A pay rate of $16.
